About Sonko
A Peruvian gastrobar with neighbourhood pulse.
We opened in 2022 with a simple idea: cook the things we missed about Lima, without dressing them up. Ají amarillo, slow ember, honest pisco.
Sonko blends kitchen, bar and long-table dining. It works at noon when light pours onto the terrace, and at night when everything turns darker and more flavourful.
